Myrtova is based in Lithgow, New South Wales and advertises home-based roles on behalf of employers, then forwards applications to them. Myrtova is not an employer and does not roster, supervise or pay anyone who applies.
Myrtova is funded by employers who pay for advertising and introductions. Applying through Myrtova and doing the training cost applicants nothing, and nobody is asked for a deposit.
Before a listing goes live, Myrtova speaks with the employer directly and checks that the listing reflects the information provided.
Myrtova's checks are not audits. Myrtova does not visit workplaces, examine employer finances or oversee work after a person starts.
Myrtova makes no promise of a job, earnings, hours or when payment will occur. Confirm these in writing with the employer before you begin a Myrtova role.
Every role on myrtova.com comes straight from an employer. Myrtova does not repost other sites' listings or advertise roles simply to gather contact information.
Requests for payment, SMS codes, banking logins or money transfers do not come from Myrtova. Treat them as impersonation and report them to careers@myrtova.com.
Applications are reviewed by Myrtova HR and shared only with the employer for your selected role. Myrtova never sells them or uses them for marketing, and the Privacy Policy lists all services involved.
Ads for Myrtova are meant to match myrtova.com. If you see a difference, send the ad to careers@myrtova.com; Myrtova will check and correct the inaccurate one.
Employers listing with Myrtova agree to describe roles accurately, update Myrtova quickly when roles fill, provide written terms before work begins and pay their workers themselves. Myrtova removes any employer that asks applicants for money.
Training attached to roles on myrtova.com costs applicants nothing and exists to show how the work is done. Myrtova does not sell courses, kits or materials, and an employer that makes a purchase a condition of work is taken off myrtova.com.
Roles on myrtova.com are described as flexible and phone friendly because employers have told Myrtova the work can be done that way. The employer confirms the actual arrangements, and if they turn out to be different from the listing, please tell Myrtova so the listing can be corrected.
Only the information needed to process an application is collected by Myrtova, it is shared solely with the relevant employer and it is never sold. The Myrtova Privacy Policy sets out the details and your rights to access or remove it.
Most Myrtova applicants find WhatsApp the quickest way to ask questions and get role details. The message is always sent by you, and Myrtova never messages people who have not contacted it first. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, Myrtova can handle your application by email at careers@myrtova.com.
Myrtova reviews this statement whenever its services, providers or advertising change, and at least once a year. The date at the top shows the latest version, and earlier versions are available from Myrtova on request at careers@myrtova.com.
Email careers@myrtova.com with details and a screenshot if you have one. Myrtova handles listing, advertising and impersonation reports through that address. Every report to Myrtova gets a written answer and is kept confidential.
Myrtova looks into every report. Where a listing is inaccurate, Myrtova removes it, pauses related advertising, contacts the employer and lets you know the result.
