Myrtova runs myrtova.com from Lithgow, New South Wales. Myrtova advertises simple part-time roles that people anywhere in Australia can do from home and introduces applicants to the employers offering them. Myrtova is not the employer. Contact Myrtova at careers@myrtova.com. Myrtova handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you apply, Myrtova receives the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you are interested in and any optional note. When you message Myrtova HR on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the text of your message. Emails to Myrtova give us your address and whatever the email says.
Like every website, myrtova.com receives basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, the page you came from and timestamps. These records are kept by Myrtova's hosting provider for security and reliability, and Myrtova does not match them to any application.
Required fields are needed so Myrtova can reach you and forward your application. Leaving an optional field blank has no effect on how Myrtova treats your application.
Please never send Myrtova passwords, one-time codes from text messages, bank or card numbers, your tax file number or photos of ID. Myrtova never needs or asks for these, and deletes any that arrive.
Myrtova uses it to reply to you, send role details, pass your application to the employer for the role you picked, answer your email or WhatsApp questions, keep records, deal with complaints or misuse and meet legal duties.
Myrtova does not sell, rent or trade personal information and does not use applications for marketing. Should another role seem a better fit, Myrtova will ask your permission before your details go anywhere for it.
Only the people at Myrtova who handle applications, plus the employer behind your chosen role. Myrtova names the employer and explains what will be shared before any introduction is made.
myrtova.com is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which also forwards emails addressed to Myrtova. Myrtova loads its lettering from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google for those files. Messages with Myrtova HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Each of these providers applies its own policy, separate from Myrtova's. Myrtova will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
Myrtova discloses information to authorities only when legally required, or when legally permitted and reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect the rights of a person.
After the form, you complete your application by sending Myrtova HR one WhatsApp message. The button opens WhatsApp with a message already written and addressed to the Myrtova HR number, which you will see at the top of the chat. Nothing is sent to Myrtova automatically; you read the message and tap Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@myrtova.com and Myrtova will help another way.
myrtova.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Myrtova's host may set one strictly necessary security cookie to keep automated abuse out. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop the Myrtova site from working.
At the date shown, myrtova.com runs no ad tags, remarketing lists or analytics. Before Myrtova adds any, this section will be updated to name the provider, describe what it receives and explain your options. Myrtova never puts names, phone numbers or email addresses into tracking data or URLs.
Some of Myrtova's providers, such as Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp, process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Myrtova applies the Australian Privacy Principles to these disclosures, and you can ask careers@myrtova.com for more information.
Up to twelve months after our last real conversation about a role, after which Myrtova deletes it. Myrtova deletes sooner if you ask, and keeps it longer only when the law or an unresolved dispute requires. Myrtova's hosting logs are normally gone within 30 days.
myrtova.com uses HTTPS, and only the people handling applications can open them. No system is perfect, so if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, Myrtova will notify you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Not always, even at Myrtova. An employer or WhatsApp may keep its own copy, which Myrtova does not control. Myrtova will tell you who to contact.
You may ask Myrtova at careers@myrtova.com for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal of your application. Myrtova may need to confirm who you are, will try to respond within 30 days and will give reasons if a request is refused. If Myrtova has already introduced you to an employer, that introduction cannot be reversed.
Send Myrtova the new details and we will correct your record.
Myrtova does not use automated decision-making. Real people at Myrtova read every application, while the employer makes the hiring decision.
myrtova.com is for adults looking for work. If Myrtova finds a child's information, it is deleted.
Email careers@myrtova.com and describe what happened. Myrtova will investigate and reply in writing. If you are unhappy with the outcome, reply and someone at Myrtova who was not involved will review it from the start.
Myrtova asks for your preferred role so the right details and training reach you and the application goes to the matching employer. Not sure yet? Mention it when you message Myrtova HR and they will talk you through each role first. Until an introduction has happened, you can switch roles by sending a WhatsApp message or writing to careers@myrtova.com.
Myrtova keeps the chat so HR can see what was already discussed and avoid asking you twice. Your messages are seen only by the people at Myrtova who look after applications. You can ask Myrtova to delete the conversation from its side at any time, although your own copy and WhatsApp's records are managed by you and by WhatsApp. Myrtova never forwards your chat to marketing companies.
You can change your mind about Myrtova at any time. Tell Myrtova HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@myrtova.com, and Myrtova will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything Myrtova is legally obliged to keep.
Myrtova relies on the details you give, so please check them before you submit. If HR notices something that looks wrong, such as a mistyped number, Myrtova will ask you to confirm it on WhatsApp rather than guess. You can correct your details at any time by messaging HR or writing to careers@myrtova.com.
Myrtova may revise this policy and will show the new date above. Where required by law, Myrtova will notify you before a change affects information it already has.
