The operator

These terms apply to myrtova.com, run by Myrtova in Lithgow, New South Wales. Contact Myrtova at careers@myrtova.com. Using myrtova.com or applying through it means you agree to these terms; if you disagree, please stop using myrtova.com.

What do the words in the Myrtova terms mean?

In these terms, "Myrtova", "we" and "us" refer to the operator; "you" is any visitor; the "website" is myrtova.com; an "employer" is the business that offers a role; and a "listing" is that role's description on myrtova.com.

What Myrtova does

No, Myrtova does not. Myrtova advertises roles and introduces applicants to the employers who offer them. For Myrtova listings, hiring, contracts, supervision, work arrangements and pay are the employer's decisions. Applying does not create employment with Myrtova or guarantee an offer.

How accurate are Myrtova listings?

Read each Myrtova listing in full, including the duties, how the work is done, the engagement type, eligibility and conditions. Roles can fill or change during recruitment; when Myrtova learns of this, the listing is updated or removed. If you spot an error, email careers@myrtova.com and name the role.

Applying

Please give Myrtova correct details, and never submit an application for somebody else without their clear agreement. Anyone applying through Myrtova needs to meet the eligibility and right-to-work rules for that role. Complete the form, then send Myrtova HR the WhatsApp message, which only goes once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@myrtova.com. Before offering anything, the employer behind a Myrtova listing may ask further questions or arrange an interview.

Applicants are not charged

No, not at Myrtova. Myrtova never charges applicants for applying, placement, administration or training, and never asks for a deposit. Businesses advertising roles cover Myrtova's costs. Myrtova will never ask you to buy cryptocurrency, top up an account, pay to unlock work or transfer money to release wages. If anyone asks you for this in connection with a Myrtova role, report it to careers@myrtova.com.

Pay and conditions

Pay for a Myrtova role is set by its employer and depends on that role's conditions. If Myrtova ever shows a pay range, it is not a promise of the top amount. Myrtova suggests asking the employer for written confirmation of its legal name, what you will do, how you are engaged, how pay is worked out, the likely hours and the payment dates, all before you accept. Myrtova does not guarantee work, a minimum workload or income.

Accuracy of information

Myrtova is responsible for its own statements and advertising. Employers are responsible for what they tell Myrtova and for their duties as employers. If Myrtova's ads and myrtova.com disagree on something important, Myrtova will check and correct whichever is wrong. No general disclaimer from Myrtova cancels a specific statement or your legal rights.

How does Myrtova handle my information?

See the Myrtova Privacy Policy. Information held by WhatsApp or an employer is handled under their policies, not Myrtova's.

Use of the website

Do not pretend to be someone else, send fake applications, use other people's details without consent, upload harmful content or disrupt the operation of myrtova.com.

Can I copy content from myrtova.com?

Pages on myrtova.com may be viewed and kept for personal job-seeking. Using Myrtova content for anything else needs permission first. Images used by Myrtova are licensed stock photos, not pictures of actual applicants or employers.

How do WhatsApp and email fit in with Myrtova?

Links and buttons on myrtova.com open third-party apps such as WhatsApp and email, which Myrtova does not control.

Availability

Myrtova cannot guarantee it, or that a role stays open while you apply. Myrtova may change or take the website offline without notice.

Your legal rights

No, not at Myrtova. The Australian Consumer Law, and any law that cannot lawfully be excluded, still protects you whatever these Myrtova terms say.

Liability

Apart from those non-excludable rights, Myrtova is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss connected with myrtova.com. Myrtova's liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited, is unaffected.

Errors

Myrtova fixes typing and technical mistakes on myrtova.com as soon as it becomes aware of them.

What if I break the Myrtova terms?

You are responsible for loss that reasonably results, for example from applying with someone else's details without consent, except where Myrtova caused it.

What if something outside Myrtova's control happens?

Delays or failures caused by matters outside Myrtova's reasonable control, including hosting or messaging service outages, are not Myrtova's responsibility.

Eligibility

Roles advertised by Myrtova are for adults living in Australia who have the right to work here. Some employers set extra requirements, which appear in the listing or are explained by Myrtova HR before an introduction. Myrtova may decline to pass on an application that clearly does not meet a role's stated requirements, and will tell you why if you ask.

What is the Myrtova training?

Where a role comes with online training, it is supplied by the employer or organised by Myrtova and costs applicants nothing. Completing the training Myrtova provides helps you understand the work; it does not guarantee engagement, and the employer remains responsible for the work itself.

Links to and from myrtova.com

Linking to the myrtova.com home page is fine, provided the link does not imply a relationship with or endorsement by Myrtova. Myrtova has no control over external sites linking in or linked out, and is not responsible for them. Please tell Myrtova at careers@myrtova.com about any link that misdescribes Myrtova or its roles so it can act on it.

What does Myrtova expect from employers on myrtova.com?

Myrtova requires employers to list roles truthfully, comply with Australian employment law, provide written terms before work starts and never request payment from applicants. Listings or employers that fall short can be removed by Myrtova; send any concern to careers@myrtova.com.

Severability and waiver

If a court finds part of the Myrtova terms invalid, that part drops out and the rest still applies. A delay by Myrtova in enforcing a term is not a waiver.

Is this the whole agreement with Myrtova?

Yes, Myrtova does. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Statement form the full agreement about using myrtova.com.

How will Myrtova contact me?

Myrtova will send notices to the WhatsApp number or email you applied with. Send notices to Myrtova at careers@myrtova.com.

Which law applies to Myrtova?

Myrtova is governed by the law of New South Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

How do I ask Myrtova a question, and will these terms change?

Email careers@myrtova.com and mention the role. When Myrtova updates these terms, the new version appears here with a fresh date and earlier dealings keep their existing rights.
